Liam Brown
This is Liam Brown's fourth appearance with the Tower Theatre; he first appeared in Saturnalia - part of Writers' Room - December last year - when he played the role of Marcus which was a fun and challenging experience. He followed that with the dual roles of the Aborigine and Black Caesar in Our Country’s Good and then Tim in Consent. Previously seen on stage some ten years ago, Liam is just returning to the acting arena. His creative outlet to date is a project creating a catalogue of music available for streaming.
  Temisanren Uwawah
Temisanren Uwawah was last seen performing as Daniel in The Priory. The South London native is excited for his upcoming debut at the Tower and thrilled to be part of such an impactful piece. Other works for Temisan include a monologue entitled Shape Up which received emphatic reviews and feedback as well his pilot in development ... What's Funny?
Jake Bryan-Amaning
Jake Bryan-Amaning is a film, theatre and voice actor who trained in the Meisner technique at the Actors Door Studio. He has appeared in projects ranging from short to feature length, off west end and fringe productions. Aside from acting Jake is a film photographer and most importantly a full time Uncle to his nephew and five Godchildren. This is his first production at the Tower Theatre.
  Sherma Polidore-Perrins
Sherma Polidore-Perrins is a London actress who trained at Identity School of Acting in the Professional tier and is represented by IDSA Talent. Seize The Day is her debut performance at the Tower Theatre. Her previous acting work include Lollipop (a feature film due out in 2024), the Nurse in Romeo and Juliet for BBC Maestro, the Mother and Woman 5 in Moonstained, and various plays at the Old Vic as part of their community company. Sherma is also a trustee of tiata fahodzi theatre company.
Kasia Chodurek
This is Kasia Chodurek's second play with the Tower Theatre Company, having played Carrie in Rules for Living in 2019. Kasia has performed at theatres across the UK, including most recently at the Bridewell Theatre (London), Tristan Bates (London) and as part of two Edinburgh Fringe Festival productions.
  Omar Khan
Omar Khan is a writer actor based in East London. In 2022 he wrote and starred in an award-winning short film funded by Netflix. This led him to be commissioned by the National Youth Theatre where he was already a member as an actor from 2020 and had his West End debut in February 2022 performing his own writing. After that he was commissioned again, this time for a full piece, with his debut offering to be staged this Spring. He is now part of a writer’s room for a new ITVX sitcom to be aired in 2024. In late 2023 the production company Samahoma Entertainment attached themselves to option a feature he has written. In October of 2023 he won an International Emmy Award, namely the prestigious Sir Peter Ustinov Screenwriting Award, for an unaired drama pilot. Omar is currently working with a variety of collaborators to make proof of concepts shorts for his larger pieces.
Megan-Madaleine Freeman
Megan-Madaleine Freeman appears for the second time at the Tower Theatre, following on from her role as Sarah Forbes Bonetta in The Gift. Her credits include Rite To Party (performed at the Omnibus Theatre in Clapham and the Pleasance Theatre in Caledonian Road) and Spontaneous Productions' Red Riding Hood: The Truth! and End Of!. She trained online at Identity School of Acting during the pandemic, alongside completing her World Literature degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury.
  Emefa Owusu-Cole
This is Emefa Owusu-Cole's second appearance with the Tower; she was first seen as Bolaji Azeez in In Hiding last June. Her other credits comprise three productions - The Walking Blind (Aunty Janice), Crazy Bear (Lady Capulet) and a short film called The Richest Man in Babylon (Neurosurgeon Dr. Cole). She studied online during the pandemic at the Identity School of Acting. Emefa is a trained psycotherapist, which she finds goes hand-in-hand with the performing arts.
Mya Onwugbonu
Mya Onwugbonu is a multi-disciplinary artist with experience throughout the creative industry. She is an award-winning writer and director, after her debut play, Hear Me Now, had 2 sold out runs at the Southwark Playhouse and the VAULT Festival, and was awarded ‘Show of the Week’. But this was only the beginning of the success Hear Me Now has brought her, as she is pleased to be the winner of ‘Best Director’ in the 2023 British Black Theatre Awards. After forming a working relationship with the Tower Theatre in 2021, she has been the assistant director for hang and In Hiding. Mya is excited to bring Seize the Day to the Tower Theatre's walls.
