Moby Dick on tour to Brighton


In July 2025 the Tower took its production of Moby Dick for four performances at a new venue for the company - the Brighton Open-Air Theatre, usually known as BOAT. We had a tremendous reception there, with excellent enthusiastic audiences and a very positive reaction from the theatre staff. The show had to be re-staged for this theatre as its shape is very different from that at our London base, so the two days before the first performance were hectic for everyone with unloading the van, set-building and re-setting each scene, interrupted by the occasional heavy shower. But all was ready for the first night, and the weather stayed fine for every performance.
